Some fringe trim I had left from making the necklace is now gone.
Here is what happened to it...too much neon now I can't sleep.
Sheer white top from H&M...a lot of white lately and I love sheer ♥. I cut the fringe trim the same length as the top. Going along the seam pinning it in place and stitch with white thread. Worn with neon bra and Sandro skirt for a minimalist look.
